Looking for a 'drop in set' up to put into my sylva phoenix, it currently has a a hole where the crossflow used to be! Gearbox not necessary but ideally an engine that has 90% of what it needs to run, unfortunately I just don't have the time to do a rwd conversion on a zetec/duratec as was planned.

What have you got??

I have a 1800 Zetec in the garage with a set of Suzuki 750 Carbs that I was going to use in a Tiger GTA but plans changed that I am looking at selling.

The engine is complete with flywheel, and Standard Throttle Bodies and has been in the garage for about 2 years.

I am looking for £250 ono for the engine and carbs but can split.

I also have a Cosworth Duratec which is the 205 bhp version they do and is a rocket ship out of my racing car which is a Tiger R10....

Last race at Snetterton I started 14th out of 32 after a poor qualifying and finished 7th.

The engine will be complete with Roller Throttle Bodies and MBE ECU and engine loom and has done about 5,000 miles

I am now in the process of building another engine which I hope will be around the 240 bhp mark which is why this one is up for sale.

I am looking for around the £4,000 mark for the engine which would cost £9k new

I know it's not what you're looking for but I have an R1 engine for sale comes with cut down loom, ECU, throttle bodies and Airbox. Not looking for much money for it.

Thanks Danny but I'm after a car engine set up that means I can minimise the work i need to do, and a bike engine would mean lots of work.

Chris, do you have some more info on the zetec?
