Was pleasantly surprised last week when I contacted trackace to request some spare parts, one of the supports had broken so asked for a cost of replacement, the guys at trackace asked for my address and postcode, then responded they would be popping one in the post free of charge.

Unexpected as I'd purchased it over 2 years ago, a new pair of supports turned up in the post the following day.

Not very often I write a review but felt decent customer service should be rewarded.

Wow, that is really good! Kudos to them.
