what do you need to know? you bolt it to the crank, I'd use some thread locking stuff.

nige - 2/8/11 at 08:30 AM

do you have a pic

onto the face of the crank pulley with the main bolt ???

Cant you use the XE's own internal 60-2 trigger ?

ive not done one before and have no experiance of these

where is it , and will i be able to use it with my megajolt

anymore info would be gratefully received

also a picture would be of great help

for megajolt it has to be a 36-1 wheel, which is annoying. i'm still trying to do the one on my xev, i'm finding quite a pain personally, i can't get it to spin centrally.

have a look at my thread from last nite

this sounds like another problem area
hope there is a solution

has anyone else fitted a trigger wheel to an xe

blakep82 - 2/8/11 at 10:23 AM

in theory the fitting should really be the same sort of process as any engine, most people seem to manage alright, all i'm saying is that I'M having problems.

have a look on the autosportlabs website (who design the megajolt) for fitting ideas. it shouldn't really be too difficult, i think it comes down to the amount of space i have in my car, and my level of attention to detail, which is sometimes low for this sort of thing lol

its worth it when it works though!

looks like omega 24 v6 has fitted one to a xe

i see that from the pics it is welded
i will have to remove my crank pulley
and see if i can get it machined , to take one
and weld it
thanks for that
