Evening guys.

Does anyone have any experience of fitting a set of Lotus Elise clocks into a kit car? I just got gifted a set of k-series clocks but worried they are going to be hard to fit.

Anybody done this beofre?

Thanks in advance.

K series ones are an easy fit as no canbus.
I fitted some vx220 dial to a nova and only function that wasnt perfect was coolant as that needed a pulsed signal (possibly), but a k series set should be fine.

Thanks for this.

I'm rubbish at this and my very competent mechanic will do it but is there anything special I need? Is it just a case of splicing wires or am I talking rubbish?

Yes, I bought mine with the connector and a length of loom, then found the wiring diagram at dutch website (for the speedster/vx220). However I believe the lotus diagrams are easily accessible (search some where like Seloc).
