Last week the rear brakes on my MK1 Skoda Fabia VRS started grinding. I have bought some new pads and discs as they need doing anyway. When I took the caliper off I noticed the bracket that bolts to the hub I touching the disc slightly. I have offered up the new disc and it is the same, there is no play in the bearing so I can't see why it would have started touching as there is no way the bracket should be able to move relative to the hub/disc.

Has anyone heard of this problem on Skodas or VW group cars?
