Some of the Middle East states are now actually skint and have a supply of cheap labour.
So operate some sort of motorsport business from a cost effective state that isn't
taxed for being born, earning, spending, taking a sh!t and then dying.
Could make sense if it wasn't for the fact a lot of them are bone idle and would take your money and kill you
