When you say heavy, what thickness?

3mm, 6 mm, 10 mm or more?

I've seen curves being put into 70 mm plate, thats another story

Cheers

I have worked in tank storage all my adult life, construction, repair and inspection so have had a fair bit of involvement with plate forming but in a sinlge plane (up to 44mm)

I might be able to piut you in touch with companies who do this sort of thing.

What size ar you looking at?

Concrete mould with lots of drainage channels -place in disposable pool full of water - plate on top - explosives on top of that - raincoat - BANG - lots of warm rain - plate formed

Needs one pool per plate

Steel yachts have been made this way.

Try Barnshaws, they seem to bend/roll most things, have used them to roll 50mm plate to approx 500mm dia.
