Dark Knight Rises- anyone seen it?
James - 8/8/12 at 03:16 PM

Went last night, really enjoyed it.

Ok, it's no Dark Knight (how could it be with no Heath Ledger! ) but I still thought it pretty good.

Silly thing to say but it seemed somewhat less 'realistic' than The Dark Knight where most stuff (barring the sonar from mobiles bit) was at least vaguely physically possible.

Few other bits I could pick holes in but not without giving away massive spoilers and I know that'd result in a fate worse than death here!

All in all, well worth going to see!

Cheers,
James

I thought it was brilliant they always are although despite all my friends who think it was the best yet I have to disagree mainly due to Bain (or what ever his name is), he just bugged me, mainly due to his voice I think.

its a good movie as long as you're not one of those people that demands it remains accurate to the comic books.

being one of those people that somewhat follows the comic books, I saw all the major plot twists coming. but was good to see it payed out. give it 5 years and they'll reboot the movie franchise. have a hard time doing better than this trillogy, have a hard time not doing better than Tim Burton.

It could have done with some serious editing, it's nearly 3 hours long. At 2 hours without a lot of navel gazing it would be a much better film.

Very good indeed, a nice finale with plenty of scope for a reboot
