Wanted - Wooden weather bar

Hi All,
I'm looking for a wooden weather bar to fit above my wooden shed doors. The doors open outwards and don't close all that well. Heavy rain
is starting to trickle down the inside of the doors.
Ideally I'd like a wooden weather bar to fit immediately above the doors so any rainwater runs over the bar and drips further out than the tops
of the door.
I've seen this kind of thing on the front lower edge of external house doors, but they seem to be limited to a width of 915mm - I need 1.2m!
Anyone know where to get such a thing or even where to look?

Suppose I could splice two together to get the length I'm after - just being lazy and wanting to buy/use a single one!

Timber yards often have longer lengths - certainly more likely than B&Q

I know my local DIY place ( a proper tradition DIY not B&Q etc) has these sorts of moulding in soft wood and hard wood in lengths up to 1.8m but
thats probably no use to you unless you were nearby.

Almost any moulding/angled bit of timber will do, then use a circular saw set shallow, or better a router, to cut the groove/drip.

Just visit your local shed making company, they will have some and will probably cut it to length if you ask them nicely.

Good suggestion - I did consider this, but the one localish timber yard to me closed a few years ago. There may well be another one though!

Thought of this too. I have a circular saw, router etc. in part I'm probably being a bit lazy and looking for something I can buy, cut to
length, glue
on and paint with the same wood treatment as the rest of the shed

Good call - a brother-in-law works next to a shed maker so will probably ask him to see what's available.
