Has anyone seen a supercharger install on a C20XE?

I spotted a few on youtube but none with any info or any fitted to a kit car

What type and size of charger is best?

I`ve been brought up on a healthy diet of turbo charging but know very little about a charged install.

I was looking at buying a C20LET and strapping the charger on there.

Can anyone help at all?

Yep looks awesome but it wont fit under the bonnet of my Tiger

Ive done it with an old renault turbo engine on my kit car, but then ive got loads of space.

What a way to over spec the intercooler

What bhp/boost was it running?

Likely 6psi :-)
Regardless it'll take 5 mins for the wee compressor to pressurize the Tubing , the Intercooler and finally the engine.

So forgive my ignorance as i don`t know anything about superchargers, do they pipe up the same way as a turbo etc?

Apart from the obvious fact that its pulley driven rather than exhaust gasses.

One pipe into plenum chamber, one from air inlet/filter.

What else is to be considered?

I will be using a Mini Supercharger.
