I know people fit quick shifters but what are opinions on the flatshifter pro and the klikronic push button system and are these easy to fit and set up, I would like to fit one to my BEC R1 engine to make gear changing easier and smoother for road use mainly, or am i wasting my money.

We use a paddle gear change which is very simply rod
linked & works much better than push pull cable.
