Please can someone recommend the best gearbox oil to use in a locost 4 speed box, and where to purchase it from.

Assuming a Ford box, then a GL4 or yellow metal safe GL5 (you need to check the GL5 is yellow metal safe, some are, many not)

Redline is very good, try Opie oils. Plenty to choose from....
