Zetec spark plugs

What are the best plugs to use with a zetec and webers? Had a lot of issues with my previous engine with cooking plugs with the carbs, so would rather not have the same problems if I can help it!

I used NGK, seemed to be absolutely fine. Think OEM are about too.

Used these in my old 2 litre zetec on 45's and they were fine, No problems at all with them
