NA or SC

Need a little bit of advice from you all

I have a Zetec 2L black top bought new and only done around 3000 miles in my Westfield.
Jenveys, Newman cams, Omex 600
Mated to a T9 gearbox.
Giving me 185 hp.
The car is super with this combo but I want more power
It's used for road and 1-2 trackdays.

I have no power target but was thinking 230 - 250.

I've decided to spend around 3000 on the car this spring.
400 will go on tyres and the rest is engine.

I have a Rotrex C30-94 that I've been offerd for 1000 (new, with oil cooler and filter).
So, would you go with the supercharger option or would you spend money on NA power?
Need to say that I'm not a builder or mechanic so I need to pay for the installation/fabrication.

Should I use my engine or maybe sell it and get a ST170?
If going SC I need brackets and some other bits I suppose.
Who can fabricate these to make it bolt on my westy?
Prefer to use 1 supplier if possible that can sell me everything I need.

If going NA what is my next step beside some head work?

Any advice and ideas would be appriciated.

Cheers

You'll need deeper pockets I reckon for 240.

Check out Burton's tuning guide and start adding the costs up...

Sounds like you need to give TTS a call

More cash for 240 NA on my black top for sure but to get that from a SC should not be a problem.
There are plenty Zetecs with SC that are built cheaper I think.
On the other hand maybe ST170 would be cheaper to get up around that figures NA?

I have been in contact with TTS and asked for their kit minus the Rotrex and oil cooler.
1400 they said if I recall which I think is a bit pricey.

If going the SC route I'd really like to find a shop that could make the brackets.
