You'll need (and may already have):
A suitable master cylinder
a slave cylinder to suit
pipe to go between the two
An adaptor to mount the slave inside the bell housing
Poss a spacer to allow the slave to reach the clutch plate
a new release bearing to suit your slave cylinder/spacer/clutch plate
Probably something I've forgotten, if so someone will say shortly

These may need to be brought as a car set to save hassle. I'm sure Marc will explain more about this, or just tell you what's best.

This is the shiny ally(?) thing in the first picture you posted. It just gives the slave cylinder something to bolt to.
