It isn't, and apparently it'sin Belgium, and I can say for sure that it will never be road legal. He also took a big risk, if he got stopped by police the car would've been confiscated and crushed. They don't mess about with stuff like this over here.

That is a hunk of junk IMHO. Anyone can bolt together a "Wacky Racer" cut and shut but its a waste of time and money. Bottoms out, has no lines that flow and is ugly!

Apart from that its fine.

i think thats fantastic! So low it wasnt a case of chopping the sump, he had to chop the entire bottom of the car off!
