I've really got into marmite these last few weeks. I offered some to a french chap who was visiting and he tried some, pulled the best face I've ever seen and said "you eat this stuff????"

No.........The cheese IS Marmite as in, brand and logo .... they are available in individual 'portions' in a net of 5... or as a larger round trug encased in black wax with the Marmite logo...

It tastes and looks like the marmite has been melted/mixed into the cheese during the maturing process...

Oh dear is it that obvious?.....

I blame the Guinness Marmite for the renewed passion ...... I wish they would bring it back, but, it was only a limited edition ....
