Wtd: Tube for Haynes Roadster pedals

Does anyone have a spare length of tube 28mm od, 22mm id used in making the 3 Haynes Roadster pedals. I am looking for 3 off 30mm lengths or one about 100mm plus.
If not, does anyone know of a source?

Have you seen the optimum balance ones on Ebay £80 look decent and may save a whole heap of work
