Sabelt harness bolt size

My seat belts have 15mm mounting holes. I expected 7/16. Am i expected to use 15mm bolts, or are smaller bolts acceptable?
Thanks

Mine had big holes but also a stepped collar that fitted into them and the 7/16 bolt went through that.
The collar is so the bolt can be done up tight but the anchor can still spin around.

My Sabelts, which coincidentally I fitted today, are 7/16

I think you'll find that the hole is to take the 'top hat' style washer/spacer which has a 7/16" hole for the bolt. The idea of them is, as far as I can tell, to allow the plate to rotate a little even when the bolt is fully tightened to allow the belt to sit correctly.

Ahh, I see. Thanks.
Does anyone know of a source for these adaptor bushes?
Or a picture of one?
Or spares ones?
