R1 4xv gear linkage on Aries
Hi Guys,
Has anyone ever made this combo Aries with 4xv?
I'm having doubts about the gear linkage and could definitly look at some pics...
Mine is looking like this:
 
Will it work? I will drill some holes on the engine gear link and see if it is any use...

I don't think it will work. When i did mine I found for it to work properly the linkages need to be at right angles, otherwise the force is
pulling at the wrong angle. Hope this makes sense.
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

Mine has a vertical shaft like that and works fine, turns the fore and aft movement to across the car, it does not however have such long arms, those
look like they will need beefing up a bit IMHO.
