is there a air- water tight roof available for a tiger car?

Yep, a garage!  
Sorry, couldn't resist. From what I can gather it is almost impossible to get a seven-type car fully waterproof.

get an aero screen, some waterproof and man up! seriously I find driving a seven on the roasd more comfortable with an aero screen.

Don't agree - I've had both and a full screen with decent side screens is miles better, partcularly at motorway speeds.
You need both though. A screen on its own is no good.

I was only asking because i drove it 330 miles from Newcastle last week and the roof was blowing all over the shop,
It was one of the hardest journeys i have ever undertaken lol.
i was thinking about having velcro stiched in on the door shuts etc, i have side screens that were supplied with the car i just need some hinges.
If they are any good I'll give them a go.

You dont want it to be airtight!
The tops of my doors have velco evostuck on the inside, and the roof edge the same, on the outside
what i do, is open the door, and get in, then just push the top of the door into the roof,
and im all sealed in
Last time i used it in DREADFULL rain on the M25, it didnt let any water in

I agree also, had both myself, there would have been no way to do a motorway run without either losing my hat or feeling like being stuffed in a wind
tunnel without my weather gear back on.
I have my roof velcro'd to the doors, huge difference - no more flapping about and wondering when it will blow off completely, I only have a
half roof and still don't get wet...

I have some boot laces sewn to the hood and just tie the top of the doors to the hood with a bow when I get in. A bit more of a faff than velcro but
works fine.

That will be your problem, without side screens the hood becomes a parachute

Maybe the water is being thrown up by the front wheels
An alli lip round the screen frame can help get the water to clear the side screens enough to not get forced in, that or Perspex defectors
