Duratec head bolts torque settings

Hi guys, I need the torque setting for standard head bolts for 2.0L duratec. I do have the build manual but have my memory stick at work! Doh.

Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016
