set of 195 50 15 trackday tyres

Cheap as possible, so something like Federal 595 Rs-R or Avon Cr500 ZZr would be nice, anything considered but must be road legal. Don't want to spend more than £200 as can buy a new set of Federals for £270 delivered, so that probably rules out 888s and 048s, but if you have anything suitable, just let me know.

Last time I bought 888s they were less than £60 each, whats happened in the last few years?

Luke at Plays-kool motorsport was doing 195 50 15 toyo r1r,s at £62 each as a offer on the westfield site, not sure if he's still got some.

Bit over your budget, but same compound as a r888 but with better wet weather performance.

I have a set of nearly-new (they've done one trackday, will measure the tread but there is a lot) AD08s for sale, 195/50/15 and 205/50/15. PM me if interested.

daveb666 on here was selling Michelin Pilots in that size for ~£200 a set of 4. They're the control tyre for the Ginetta race series and only allowed one race on a new set. I bought a set and the're barely even scrubbed in, still got the bobbles on them.
