power commander map thoughts plzz

what are peoples thoughts on this map.....? It is M405-502 on power commander map list

currently running a r1 5pw, power commander 3usb, quickshifter, 4-2-1 manifold to a 2.5" bore straight through silencer, modified airbox with 3" induction feed and a k+n panel filter

What do you want people to say?! No one can comment on the suitability to your setup, as even if they have a similar setup, a tiny difference in airbox or exhaust design will completely change how the engine fuels.

You need to get it onto a rolling road - that is the only way you can have any confidence that the map is correct. Choosing one based upon a description is ok as a starting point, but not much else. Do you have a Wiedband afr sensor? Can you load the map, and then log some data to check if the fuelling is even close to be right?

Whilst I understand your point about ask installs being different.a pointer on what it's a good safe map prior to getting to a rolling road would be helpful.

Btw can you only flash maps to the engine whilst it's running?
