2011 Fiesta Service light reset

Does anyone know how to reset the service light on the 2011 Fiesta?

Daugters is not due till November but its flashing now.

Sometimes there are switch sequences you can use.

Cheers.

Pete.

Try this

I've done it twice. Here's the simple, really works way:

1. Stick the key in.
2. Make sure it's in park or neutral
3. Hold down the brake and gas all the way
4. Turn the key to accessory (where everything powers up and the dash lights come on, but it doesn't crank) DON'T CRANK IT!!!!!!!
5. Hold down the pedals until the change oil light (oil can and wrench) disappear. Keep holding just a few seconds more for good measure.
6. Turn off key, then crank it. It should be off permanently now.
