Possibly For Sale But Whats It Worth

Good afternoon everyone.

After alot of deliberation and a bit of arm twisting and ear bashing from the wife im cosidering (most probably) selling my toy.

I however have no idea what its worth or what i should be asking for it. I did pick it up for a bargain but have put many hours of time in to it not to mention a few pennies.

so a bit about the car.

2.0 pinto with 5spd type 9 box. Now i have no idea if the engine is cam'd of standard as the only thing ive done is replace the clutch, carbs, waterpump and service. it does rev to well over 8000 so im told it most likely is. Pulls really well. I do realise tghat most turn their noses up at the pinto these days in favour of modern zetecs etc but i dont care. I goes well and very sideways if you want it to.

ZX9R carb conversion using Danst engeneering inlet. CBR900 fuel pump.

Independant rear suspension with spax adjustable coilovers.

Front suspension is Gaz and fully adjustable.

D&F Propshaft. Had this converted from the doughnut to a UJ whilst i had the clutch out. Also worth a mention i renewed the Gearbox rear seal too so no weapage from here.

Full roll cage (welded)

Grp seats.

Sabelt harnesses (new)

Real Carbon fibre wing mirrors.

Stainless exhaust can with modded tip.

Recent Dash upgrade from a sheet of Ally to Grp with new didital temp and oil pressure guage (not yet connected)

Freshly powdercoated 15'' alloy wheels.

Recent Paint job by myself so i know it was done right. White and black.

From what i was told when i bought the car it was built by a scottish company and was destined for the track in a bid to start a 2.0 racing series to take on the 750mc. could be bull s*it but thats the story.

all in all the car looks great and performs well. I just have no idea what its worth so need your help. it would be a great starter for someone or a project for an engine swap.

for pics please see my archive theres loads in there.

Thanks for your help.

Looking at eBay 3-4k seems fair as most are projects or track only
Mines turnkey. Full MOT ready to go.
