Would these work on any upright?

I have capri uprights i think with hispec hubs but one of the studs spin in the hubs so i need to change them.

I have a short term solution so I'm in no rush.

Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

Hi,

Are you sure it's not cortina uprights? I haven't heard of any 7 using Capri as in pretty sure they are McPherson strut?

The Sylva Striker used modified Escort/Capri struts.

Several cars used Capri uprights with a chopped down strut. Jeremy Phillips off Sylva fame springs to mind.
I thinks they used a bigger wheel bearing.

Was asking for a mate but he's after Escort ones. Out of interest where did you get them?

I'm surprised these weren't snatched up before me, that's 300g of unsprung mass saved per corner for only £10 a side (when you figure in the VAT and carriage on the RD alloy hubs).

That's exactly why I bought them. It was to save me having my RD hubs machined.
