Age related plate - description on V5

Hi folks, long time no see!!

Quick question as I have never put a vehicle on an age related plate before.

What make and model do you end up with on the V5?

Are they both new, to my description, or is one or both the donor make and model?

Many thanks

Nat

Does the paperwork ask you for the make and model of the car?

Trying hard to recall, but IIRC my MK Indy was detailed as an "MK Sportscars" "Indy" on the V5C document. It received a G reg age related to the donor Sierra, but a different registration.

Can't remember the model, but manufacturer of our Locost is "Bond Bros" (i.e. me and my bro, both Mr Bond) so they seem to go from the form you fill in

This was in the SVA days, may have changed since.
