Fuel Sender Unit difference

I am currently running an Autometer fuel sender unit operating between 240/ 33 ohms resistance, but I would like to go back to the original smiths gauge which its sender works between 220/20, will this work? Any issues?

Many thanks

looks to be close enough not to be an issue
