Mx5 crank position sensor and Omex 600 ecu

Does anyone know which cables are what colour on the Mx5 crank position sensor I.e. +12v , signal and earth and what colours they go to on the Omex 600.

If its an early 1600, it does not have a crank position sensor. It just has the can sensor.

+12v ~ white/red trace
signal ~ grey/red trace
ground ~ black / blue trace

cam shaft is the same but signal is grey/blue

I have the full wiring diagrams if you u2u me your email address i'll send them to you

mines the same colours as yours and not the diagram!!

everything else ive ever checked has matched so not sure what's going on there.

I'd use the positions as shown in the diagrams i sent though. page Z20

the drawings are looking into the back of the connector, not the plug for the sensor. You can find the ground easy enough with a resistance check, and 12v will also be easy. then confirm with the drawings

I've been searching the web and trying to test my sensor but it looks like I need a 1K resister between the +12v and signal cable !!
Not sure if this is correct but i will give it a try

Mx5 crank sensor is a hall type and the wires are Red +12v, Blue - Signal and Black - Gnd
