Clutch and Thrust

Blacktop Zetec, standard flywheel and Type 9 Gearbox.
What clutch and thrust type is best please?

i think GBS sell a clutch kit personally i am using a 1.8 zetec flywheel and clutch with a cct133 thrust bearing
