What ARE they called???

I have a sheet metal bending machine that I lent to a school I used to work at. Bad move. They broke a bit. The clamping bar is tightened down with 2 lever screws that are spring loaded so the lever can be lifted and rotated/re positioned. What are they called and are they available in small quantities? ie;1
