FS: Perfect winter project

Morning all,

The time has come to let my project car go. I'm leaving the country shorty for 3 years with work and I can't justify the money putting it into storage.

A bit of history, I've had the car about 6 years, it was SVA'd, road worthy and MOT'd when I bought it off Andyw7de on this forum. I flew from Luton to Glasgow, met Andy and drove it back down to Oxfordshire, it was a great day!

The car is a home build Tiger Avon chassis built by AndreNel (on here), he had the car SVA'd and is correctly registered on the V5 with an age related plate.

After I bought the car, I drove it for a while and then took it off the road and carried out a LOT of work, the majority, but probably not all is listed below:

Engine bay:

2.0l Zetec Silvertop with Megasquirt ECU, GSXR 750 ITBs,
Granada running gear with MT75 5 speed box and 7.5in rear diff
New inlet manifold,
New stainless exhaust manifold fitted with a westfield rear silencer with a built in CAT,
New Pipercross PX600 sausage filter is fitted,
New Innovate wideband lambda (installed),
New set of silicone hoses,
New Premier Looms loom fitted (very little left to be finished),
Renewed Megasquirt loom,
New fuel and brake lines front to back,

Bodywork:

It's been rebodied with new aluminium panels,
New carbon front arches,
GRP rear arches,
Custom GRP nosecone and scuttle,
Carbon Aeroscreen,
F1 style wing mirrors,
Aero rear view mirror,
Freshly painted (professionally) front light shells,
New rear light set.

Interior parts including:

New Grp seats,
New Grp dash, awaiting fitment of a Koso digital dash (supplied, hole not cut in the dash though),
New OMP steering wheel,
OBP floor mounted pedal box.

Suspension,

Protech shocks and new springs,
New poly bushes,
New wishbones,
All new ball joints (although a couple need new gaiters as they've split),

Very little needs doing really to make the car ready for next summer, and I'm sure pretty much everything is there to finish it. I'll be devastated to see it go, but I can't pass up this opportunity with work, so needs must.

I'm just south east of Lincoln. U2U me for a contact number and we can sort of viewing if you're interested.

I'm genuinely unsure of what it's worth, I paid £3k for it and if I worked it out I think I've probably spent that again on new parts, if I was offered somewhere close to £3,500 for it (I understand it's a project so probably isn't worth much more) I'd be happy.

Cheers for looking,

Chris.

Ps. Pictures to follow, security settings at work won't let me upload images

ETA: Pictures as promised...

Tiger 1

Tiger 2

Tiger 3

Cheers,

Chris

Sounds like an absolute bargain for a correctly registered car with alot of time and money already spent.

I expect this to be sold by in no time
