Master cylinder sizes brakes and clutch question

What master cylinder sizes should I go for in a bias adjustable pedal box with;
Front brakes - wilwood powelite 4 piston 1.38" dia
Rear brakes - cosworth calipers
Clutch - rx8 hydraulic actuator

Which sizes did you used at the end?
I have 2 each 0.7" and one each 0.625"
Trying to decide on initial set up too.

Ended up buying a new floor mounted peddle box kit from ODP that came with .75 clutch, .7 rear, .625 front, but it's not up and running yet so can't confirm how well it works
