I doubled up on some cheap bathroom scales with ramps etc, worked ok for getting it somewhere near, I'm happy for you to borrow what we made.

Everything based in YO26 8LE

Cheers
Leon

Well...
Not a bargain then...
If you select 300 Kilo cap, price goes to 34.99 Pounds, Not cheaper than buying in Mexico.

£140 is still cheap for 4 corner scales.

Hi

Yup, and if the set I've got (exactly those) are on par they're pretty accurate too (within 0.5 kg across all 4 using a 'test weight of me )

I purchased just one 300kg set of scales and cut blocks of wood to exactly the same height and walked it around the car.

Yes it takes a while but within an hour all dialled in and I can weigh stuff as well!

That´s Locost...

A compromise would be two...
But then, when I get to that point.

Thanks for the replies. I don't really want to buy anything as it's not for a complex setup or anything I just want to know my axle weights for the IVA application.

Leon 51274 I'll PM you in a few days to arrange to borrow your bits, thanks for the offer.

Regards,

Chris

You should be working to over estimated weights for iva. They dont matter hugely unless your estimate is under. I believe 200-250 kgs per corner is the norm for iva application.
