Fireblade Engined Fisher Fury

Honda Fireblade 919 powered Fisher Fury
.
Factory built ex-demonstator has successfully competed in RGB, hill climb and sprint events in the UK and Ireland. It's well known to AB Performance who have worked on it extensively. Built by the Kit Car Workshop in 2004 / 05, run and maintained by the factory this car.

It has recently had a replacement exhaust fitted and AB performance airbox and re-dynojetted to lower noise levels for trackdays. the front suspension has also been uprated to the same system as the AB Performance Arions which is much stronger. The bonnet has then been modified with fiberglass repairs and remodelling after air intake changes and new headlights. Needs decals or a bonnet spray to make it perfect but can be used fine as it is.

The car is currently not road legal but has all the parts fitted to put it on the road.

Brief Spec :
Lightweight, lowered chassis.
Uprated AB Performance pre-oiled suspension rocker bushings and oversided pivots
Lightweight body
Honda Fireblade 919cc engine and box. Rebuilt and installed by AB Performance. 130
bhp.
Performance Manifold and Exhaust (Refillable AB Performance Unit)
Accusump system
Oil Cooler
AB Performance Air Box and Dynojet setup
Paddle shift system
Adjustable dampers all round.
Quaiffe LSD in live axle
Black CXR Lightweight Wheels
Hi-Spec lightweight front & rear disc brakes & calipers
Remote brake bias adjuster
Plumbed in Fire Extinguisher and Electric Cutoffs etc
6 point harness
Full race cage including side impact protection.
Full DIGIDASH 2 data logging system.
Yokohama A048r tyres
2 part cabin cover
...lots more history, photos, videos etc.

Spares included:
- Engine/gearbox with 3rd gear selector issue
- gearbox inners (to repair above)
- gear selecter shafts and forks (to repair above)

Good Bits:
- Such a great fun car.
- New clutch plates (< 100miles old)
- Race winning history

Bad Bits:
- The fire extinguisher is out of date but I had it checked by a local fire safety company who said it should be fine. Up to you if you agree with that.
- The bodywork is 'race' scarred. This car is not a pristine show piece, it's a race car with scars to prove it.
- Reverse mechanism (starter motor style) needs a new cable - I've never used reverse (always jump out and push)

Great car and is great fun, I just don't have the time to use it at the moment.
