Technically the comma is a grammar fault not a spelling fault.
CDO (more extreme form of OCD, as obviously the letters have to be in alphabetic order).

A) Well to start with its: P.S. As it comes from the Latin post scriptum
B) By not having an I at the start you are opening the sentence up to confusion. Are you actually posing a question in which case you should end the
sentence with a question mark. Or have you just missed out the I?
C) It should be: 'every one's ' as the standard they are judging against belongs to them so the apostrophe denotes ownership
D) It should be: 'standards' (plural) as you are comparing to multiple standards.
E) Full stop or (depending on B) a question mark to finish.
So:
"I hope my spelling is up to everyone's standards."
Isn't English a wonderful thing!
