GTS Tuning
HI All,
Is anyone else having trouble getting in touch with Darren at GTS??? I have left a couple messages and emails, but no response. I hope nothing is
wrong!!!

I know he's really really busy, sure he'll get back to you ASAP.

I emailed him a couple of days ago, and got a reply within a couple of hours. He usually says on here though that if email doesnt work use his mobile
#  , So just give him a ring.

I have ordered some parts over 2 month's ago and still haven't recieved anything.
I maild and calld him several time's and his answeres where : i'll send them first thing tomorrow.

Right, can everyone please email Darren with your problems.
I've spoken to him and he doesn't have a file that is over 2 months old. So there must be a problem somewhere.
All i can say is email him and/or ring him. Dont put messages up here cos he wont see them !

GTS have been criticised in the past for delivery performance and not entirely without reason but I can stick up for Darren on this occasion as he
responded literally within minutes to an email I sent him yesterday to order some cortina cycle wing brackets. I think the guy is genuinely making an
effort to get on top of the "growing pains" his company is going through. The fact that he is so busy should tell you something in
itself!!
As others have said, give him a chance and I'm sure he will come through for you. His website says that you can phone him 24hrs a day so try
calling him in the evening.

Full Marks to GTS, my wing stays arrived today as promised.
For those who are on Darren's email list, you will already have seen that GTS are teaming up with Rally Design in order to streamline the supply
chain for some of the more popular off-the-shelf items that GTS supply. This should take some of the load off GTS and allow them to focus on what they
do best.
