Painting over powdercoat??

Has anyone succesfully painted over powdercoat? For example, my wishbones are looking a bit dull and have in places small chips with surface rust. Now i know i could strip and repowdercoat, but was wondering if anyone has simply given such things a spray over? If so what did you use / did it key?

Thanks

Chassis black doesnt react with powder coat, or at least mine didnt. Have used it to touch up a couple of bashes on my powdercoat throughout the build.
