thanks for all the tips, i have booked it! ill be attending the activity day on the 16th of april! quite excited now. just need to make sure the car works and hope the weather isnt crap.

FYI, when I had an Elise, Andy Walsh drove it through the corner at >90mph. See if you can top that

The secret to it is don't attempt to carry speed through, the intention is to do it without losing it and without crossing the centre line, not to maintain your speed. He trail braked as was doing 30 mph by the time we exited it.

90mph! geez. i have been watching a few vids online of the corner and looks like good fun.

more than anything i want to learn about the handling of the car. im not new to rear wheel drive but consider myself a complete novice to driving fast properly.

hoping to have a good day, and should be a good test for the car after its winter mods.

The activity days are really just an excuse to hoon around safely. If you really are interested in learning, go on one of the CarLimits 4 person training days at North Weald.
