As frustrating and as much of a pain in the bum the IVA test is, when you see stuff like that I'm glad we have it!!

Just love the torsionally sprung wishbones...

Anyway, to get around the problem of 'legalising' such things, we simply utilise a little ingenuity. Attempts are then usually made to sell such heaps (we've all seen the adverts), by the criminals, for eye watering expectational levels.
