Hi all

Looking for some info on which Intercooler people are using with a zetec turbo install. I have a standard polo rad and can fit Intercooler in front, and have space over the top for pipe work.

I had an rx7 one that fitted over the top of my polo rad. Have a look on eBay, they are canny cheap for an uprated Ali job.

Look for the rx7 intercooler on eBay that's what I used

Mine has one made by Bailey performance to give me 300hp it 14psi

This is on a Westy I bought a few weeks back. Yes I still have the tiger I've been building since 1845 haha

That's a chargecooler rather than an intercooler. Its the way I am going as I have one. How big is your rad to keep temps under control ?

What sort of inlet temps are you seeing after a spirited run ?

Rad looks standard I think. Only had the car a few weeks so no chance to get them up yet?

Bailey performance did the install before I bought it so I know very little about it.

You will have two rads up front. One for the engine and one for the charge cooler.
