Bullet cam mount.

Anyone used a set-up using these bits for a roll bar mount?

I'm looking for something secure, but with a bit of flexibilty, and I think it comes to £32 delivered.

i have two mounts, both from dog cam sport. One is an afjustable one that screws onto a flat surface, the other uses two velcro straps to hold it to a round bar, ie roll bar. This one is what i used the other day, and the footage was good, though ive not viewed it on a full screen yet.

I use nothing more than 2 jubilee clips for my bullet camera - 1 round the rollbar and one round the camera - very sturdy. Obviously it can't be pointed to every angle like a ball can, but not sure why you'd want to point diagonally? Maybe I'm just not artistic enough with a camcorder

i use the velcro strap as well,,had to get on the old sowing machine tho to extend the strap to make it fit the roll bar and stole a nice little matching buckle off one of my girlfriends handbags that nearly matched up with the other one,i then burried it deep in her handbag box hoping she never use it again lol

Heres what I use. Not so locost but necessary as I strap mine to a Radical Clubsport and it needs to pass scrutineering.

I was going the velcro route, but after scratching my head about where to buy one from i found some 're usable' cable ties from maplins. 2 of them crossing over each other and a bit of foam seemed to work a treat. nice and steady and didnt blow about at 110 mph.

Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.
