Please tell me!
If anyone see's anything wrong with my car, please tell me!!!!!
I was out for a blat with the lads last Sunday, when Andre and Steve noticed they had fine spray of oil on their windscreens / visors.
At yesterdays trackday I was checking underneath the car and found I am losing a bit of oil. (Hence my post about buying crush washers).
Turn's out that spray of oil might have been coming from me!
At the same trackday, my wife commented that my exhaust can looked a bit wobbly. She said I thought you knew, or it was normal! Unfortunately as my
exhaust can is on the passenger side, I can't see it when I'm driving, so didn't realise it was bouncing around all over the
place.
Turns out the exhaust bobbin has split almost completely through.
If anyone else see's me out and about and notices something wrong with my car, please tell me. I'd rather know, honest.
And I'm not an ogre. I won't be offended, or bite!
Thanks
Mike

Must be an Indy thing Mike - mine was spraying fuel all over the shop yesterday (both from the tank breather AND the carbs) and my exhaust also broke
loose from the bracket too.
At least the weather was good so I wasn;t lying on a wet paddock floor

I think your valves made it down the back straight way before any of the rest of the car

Mike I noticed a wooden handle sticking out the passenger side and wondered if that was the starter for the 1.1.....

Mike,
You didn't nudge the 007 oil slick button by mistake did you - easy to do whilst clambering in in a hurry
