Heard that Danny came third in the first race, behind a 285bhp duratec 7 and a zx12 (1st place) powered 7 driven by Spencer

Good start to the season then Andy, I am sure Robert Spencer has a zx14 fitted to his Stuart Taylor this year.

He certainly did this time last year - and it's an unusual beast - IIRC full Sierra width rear and Caterham fron-end. Pretty effective though!

He was running a ZX12 then changed to a ZX14 last year, then the last i heard was he intended to change back to the zx12, can't remember if it was to do with reliabilty or performance.

Anyone know what happened to Danny in the 2nd race?

I was marshalling at Oulton yesterday, quite an eventfull day in morning at Island bend. We had to right a fiesta that was on its roof. Thankfully driver ok, but car looked a bit poorly. Saw Danny Keenan in his Mk and I thought he did well to keep up
with the other sevens out there. The 2CVs were quite interesting and made up for lack of speed in cornering ability. All in all a good start to the season.
