ive got shortened shafts and cant find any open diff bolt on flanges so need to make some new shafts.
What's the thinking behind it, going for a weight saving?

No not bothered about weight! the old diff needs bearings £80-£90 that i dont have + i have a known good 3.38 open i want to try anyway not sure if i like the viscus lsd seems to turn the car left when you nail it from a standing start.

Sorry I couldn't make it - I opened the garage door this morning, to find half a tank of petrol all over the garage floor - When I extracted the
left tank I found the culprit - a split in the tank
Going to try and return it to the manufacturer for repairs, but has scuppered all driving for now.....
