there pretty good times.

my best is

1/4 109.45mph
1/8 8.3 secs
1/8 90 mph

what were your 1/8 times/speeds and reaction time.

Chris

what engine was that with chris?

APR - 14/5/06 at 10:19 PM

1/8 8.94 sec
1/8 mph 77.29
reaction .865

need more power and grip

indykid - 14/5/06 at 11:19 PM

you don't need more power, I NEED MORE POWER!

my best:
reaction: 0.811
60ft: 2.429
1/8 et: 10.927
1/8 mph: 62.26
1/4 et: 17.336
1/4 mph: 74.72

i hope that puts it into perspective!

APR & Indykid, what you both need is a bike engine.

Predictable or what?

russbost - 17/5/06 at 12:49 PM

Better still - 2 bike engines!!!

but chris was quicker than both you and paul.

it would appear what you need is a car engine, all i need is a better car engine

tom

You can't just go for the Honda S2000 engine Tom, it's a natural progression via the bike engine route. You know, get used to the power first before upgrading and all that.........

chris is faster than you with a car engine, that's all that matters

i think it's pretty damning that he had a bike engine then came back from the dark side

the only thing bike engines are good for is their carbs
tom

please don't put me on your hit list phil

Tom, you just don't get it do you? The clue is in the manufacturers name, ie HONDA. Motorcycle racer and manufacturer who decided that after amazing success with his bike engines, he should dabble in car engines in the late 60's. The engine may be in a car but it was born from a bike engine

Thats my theory anyway and I'm sticking to it.
