What date are you thinking of ?
New years day (mon) there is a club meting at Brooklands museum in weybridge, basically its a get some fresh air meet and brings out a fair amount of
classic die hards.
I'll be at Brooklands anyway
I'm thinking our normal meet will be sunday the 7th,any suggestions welcome
7th Jan is officially the 1st Sunday of the month so i say go with that one
ill be at brooklands with bobski then, how bout the cafe at runnymead someone mentioned earlier?
So John - you going to Brooklands with Bob on the 1st Jan and the 7th Jan???
I'm with Andy - the 7th is the first Sunday in the month. So, is it Box Hill, or Runnymede, or somewhere else?
btw, by "Runnymede cafe" do you mean the place where there is a building both sides of the road, just by the Thames on the road from Staines
to Windsor?

I'm doubtful for the hill on the 7th

If i remember right and your using a olop rad the size reducer you are wanting will be 45mm from pump down to 32mmm towards rad.
There is a distinct possibillity i can help and will take a peek at my stock of crap that comes in handy now and then tomorow
cheers bobski
SO...is it Box Hill for the meet?
I thought from earlier posts it was Runnymede?
I did check out the Runnymede cafes recently, there are actually two open on Sundays.
The first one is on the right travelling west across Runnymede, about 1/2 mile from the Egham roundabout - this has a pleasant semi covered eating
area, but only limited parking by the cafe, at £1 per hour, (1st 1/2 hr free).
The second one is about a mile further on, where the two small buildings are on each side of the road. Entrance to cafe carpark is on left approx 50
yds before the buildings. This is probably more suitable as it has a fairly large parking area by the cafe, again £1 ph, though may get away with this
on Sunday morning?
All irrelevent if you go elsewhere of course, I'm biased though, living only 10 mins from Runnymede.......
ATB, Geoff.
So where are we going then? either is Ok by me!
PS Bob did you get anywhere with the purchase of brake piping
Derek
I managed to get a length of pipe from deckman (jason) probs only enough for one run though.
I went to the trade counter last week but they had run out
i'll keep you posted.
I'm easy on the venue for jan 7th so make your minds up or i might just sit indoors till febuary.
Box Hill for me - any further and I can't be arsed......

Has anyone told you (apart from donut) what a top bloke you are
derek will be very pleased
Thanks Jason.
All we need now is a location
If swmbo doesn't agree to a mornings pass for me, I'll drop it round to Andy as I think he's going isn't he ??
I'm off out now for a drink, so will look on here later for a decision
Jason
Eh what!!
I'll be at Box Hill if that's where we are meeting. I'm not sure about the other locations as it's a bit far. If someone can post
where we are actually going to be then I'll be there.
It's hard to enough for me to get to the right venue/time as it is!!!
So... Jan 1st is at Brooklands.... I won't be there.
Jan 7th is Box Hill (Ryka's Cafe)... I will be there.
That right?
Cheers,
James
