Anyone fancy a day at Oulton? Wednesday 30th May, smack in the middle of Whit week... I'm trying to scrape ten cars together to get a 10%
discount off the full price £199. So far I've about five Westfields showing interest.
To book the event, you need to phone MSV on 0870 850 5014, ask for Nick Rice, quoting WSCC, and he'll take your details. If we get to ten cars
we'll get the discounted price, if not Nick will phone individualls with the choice of paying the full price, or opting out. With or without the
discount, I shall be there..

Forgot to mention, it's open pitlane and a nice 105db noise limit.

Oulton is excellent. I may well try to join you on this but it will depend on getting the time off work.
I have ridden Superbikes around Oulton and suffering wheelie and wheelspin at the same time at the slight hump near druids concentrates the mind
somewhat but cannot comment on the 4 wheeled issues!
Shell Hairpin is great on a bike and I would suspect it'll be the same in a car!

It says International layout. That's the full circuit. I like Island, just because the car is sideways slightly at high speed. If it's damp then Druids is well scary, I have seen an accident there on almost every trackday I have attended at Oulton. Normally a first lap out jobbie - despite the warnings in the briefing people don't give it respect. It's pretty much the same for cars as bikes, the bump gives you plenty to think about. Didn't the MK Sprint R demo car crash there last year?

Hey Andy - I just noticed you and your crew are booked onto Cadwell 16th July too. This means I get to show some Westies the way round not one but two
of our finest circuits! Hehe
Look out for us and our motley car collection at Oulton, blue Indy, black Boxster S and grey 205 Mi16.

That makes nine. Spoke to my mates and they were told they were the 7th and 8th to book. Still, only one to go now
