After the success of last month, can we do it again?

Looking forward to chatting to new friends again.
The article in Complete Kit Car will be in two issues time and i could do with some ideas for future publicity, perhaps Essex radio next.
We had 15 cars last time with 2 more turning up just after everyone left, i of course stayed to make them welcome and consumed much more beer, luckily all the earlier talking kept me sober ( car still in build so walked down the pub) left at 19:00 not being able to rember anyones name. Hic.

I'm probably OK for that and you're not so far away.
If the weather is OK I might see if I can cajole Bob (Dutton) and Richard (Crossflow Striker) to come as well.

arbour lane is off springfield road. turn left at the lights after the prison if you're coming from town, or straight over from sandford road direction

Hope you can all come over even if its a bit wet.
The wet weather program is to go in the pub and talk cars.
The dry weather program is stand outside, and in my case, marvel at what people have created and get further inspiration.
A good thing to do on the 27th would be to network between the different club meets and use our meet to visit theirs, Etc.
That way we bolster each meets.

A further idea that we have been working on is a Kart day, i will need help with this but do have some serious conections with the owners of Brentwood and Lakeside Karting.
Lets see what we can do.

Sorry to say, I've been considering this all morning and although I like standing in pubs, it isn't such fun when you can't drink....
I've wimpishly decided not to make the trip, a decision made easier by the thought of watching the Monaco GP.

I can assure you I'll make the effort next time..

just phoned Ketchup and its too wet for us as well , we will make the next dry one though.

Hope Hamilton has a good Monaco GP to make it worth watching.
